Warren has over 20 years’ experience building and managing start-ups from concept to success. During this time, he has worked across many industries including Commercial Plumbing, IT, Sales, Marketing, Pharmaceuticals and Performance & Culture.

Warren brings business strategy to Ardezen’s partners from real world experiences across many industries. Recently Warren built MediPharm Labs, a Canadian listed company with facilities in Canada and Australia. His role started with licensing, building of the facility, hiring of the team and finally taking the company through GMP certifications and into revenue.

James has over 18 years of professional experience in highly regulated and complex manufacturing environments. Originally a trade qualified Special Class Electrician, James is now a degree qualified and certified Project Management Professional (PMP)®, having held senior roles in Pharmaceutical, FMCG Manufacturing, Engineering & Construction environments.

Most recently James was responsible for the successful project delivery and operationalization of MediPharm Labs Australia’s world class ODC & GMP licensed manufacturing facility.

Mike is a seasoned cannabis industry professional with 18 years of experience in California, covering cultivation, retail, and wholesale sales. In 2025 Mike moved to Portugal to start Ardezen’s expansion into Europe. Over the past 6 years, Mike was deeply involved in Thailand’s emerging cannabis sector—first working with universities on research and policy, then expanding into export operations. With a strong foundation in both mature and developing markets, Mike brings a well-rounded, global approach to cannabis business strategy and execution.

Mai is a specialist in international trade regulations and logistics, supply chain strategies with deep expertise in regulations compliance and global import/export operations.

Nick’s 23-year journey in cannabis cultivation began in California, where he honed his skills and deepened his understanding of this complex plant. With two decades of experience under his belt, Nick has witnessed and adapted to the evolving landscape of the industry. His expertise now culminates in Thailand, where he applies his vast knowledge to cultivate premium cannabis, bridging the best practices from his Californian roots with the unique environment of his current home.

Sander is an accomplished Senior Quality Manager with a strong background in Applied Physics. With a career spanning over 14 years, Sander is experienced in the field of Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Quality Management, Compliance, and Engineering.

Sander’s dedication to ensuring the highest standards of product quality and regulatory adherence has allowed him to hold tenures and build a culture of quality for some of industries most respected pharmaceutical and biomedical companies .

Jade is a strategic, results-driven leader with 14+ years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, and sourcing across pharmaceuticals, complementary medicines, and FMCG manufacturing. She excels in optimizing operations, enhancing supplier performance, and leading cross-functional teams.

Her expertise includes global sourcing, supplier management, contract manufacturing, and strategic procurement, with a strong focus on cost reduction, quality improvement, and sustainable practices.

Jade is passionate about building long-term supplier relationships and driving continuous improvement in global supply chains.
